Can I return/exchange monogrammed or personalized products?

Since monogrammed items are personalized for an individual, they may not be exchanged or returned.

Can I exchange non-monogrammed or non-personalized products?

You can exchange only non-personalized, non-monogrammed, and not used items.

Item must be received within 30 days of your purchase date and must arrive in the same condition – original Clark & Taft box with attached product tag or included polishing cloth and care card - or it will not be accepted.

I will re-make your order once I receive your return.

So that I can track your return with you, I'll email you a pre-paid return label.

Drop off your return at USPS or UPS (noted on return label). Please allow approximately two weeks for your return to be delivered, item re-made, and re-posted.

 Please note, my items are handmade to order, therefore, for using this service, a fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund. The return service helps confirm the status of your return and track its delivery progress for added security.

Can you repair?

I understand that accidents happen! Complementary repairs will be honored within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please attach photos of your jewelry that needs to be repaired.

Once past 30 days, there will be a $20 repair fee that includes the shipping fee.

Please allow approximately two weeks for your return to be delivered, item repaired, and re-posted.
