Can I return/exchange monogrammed or personalized products?

Since monogrammed items are personalized for an individual, they may not be exchanged or returned.


Can I exchange non-monogrammed or non-personalized products?

You can exchange only non-personalized, non-monogrammed, and not used items.

Item must be received within 30 days of your purchase date and must arrive in the same condition – original Clark & Taft box with attached product tag - or it will not be accepted.

Email me at sales@clarkandtaft.com to start the exchange process.

So that I can track your return with you, I'll email you a pre-paid return label.

Drop off your return at USPS or UPS (noted on return label). Please allow approximately two weeks for your return to be delivered, item re-made, and re-posted.
