When will my order ship out?

Orders are made and fulfilled in the order they are received. All products are custom personalized and/or made-to-order. Processing times depend on current order volumes. Current processing time is 1 to 3 business days.

Can you ship my order faster?

I'm doing my very best to process your order as quickly as possible. Since the products are made to order and some need to be inspected for bonding (jewelry) before shipping out, please allow up to 3 business days for production.

If the selected shipping method is Expedited, your order will be delivered within 2 business days of shipment. If the selected shipping method is Rush, your order will be delivered within 1 business days of shipment.

What are your production days?

Production days are Monday – Friday.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer Free shipping on orders of $100 or more; Standard is $7 if your order is up to $99.99, Expedited is $25, and Rush is $45.

How long is delivery after shipment?

Timeframes are from when we put the product in the mail, not from when the order is received. For USA orders: Standard Shipping (3-5 business days); Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days); Rush Shipping (1-2 business days). For International orders: Standard Shipping (2 - 6 weeks); Express Shipping (3 - 7 business day).

Why don't you guarantee shipping?

We place our trust in our shipping providers, but cannot guarantee their performance. We can only guarantee what is in our control (our production times).

Do you ship to APO's?

Yes, we do. Shipping generally takes about 20 - 45 days.

Do you insure every package?

Yes, we do. Because our products are custom, we insure all packages – domestic and international. If your domestic order does not arrive within 2 weeks or your international order – within 6 weeks, please let us know.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We have received and fulfilled orders from 6 continents and lots of different countries. Shipping internationally takes a long time. Customs can hold up a package for a number of days. Be patient and give it 6 weeks. If you think it's stuck or lost in the mail, let us know by contacting us.

What are your international shipping rates?

The price depends on your location, please use the shipping calculator in the cart. Shipping rates are paid directly to the shipping provider and do not include duties and fees.

What about duties and fees?

Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, Clark & Taft does not include those fees in orders and are not responsible for them. These fees will be assessed by the final destination country upon arrival and are the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver to pay for them. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Customs charges and import fees incurred are not non-refundable. Clark & Taft is required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused or shipped back due to a provided incorrect address, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.

Can I track my international order?

We use United States Postal Service Global Post to ship all standard mail international packages and UPS Ground to ship to Canada. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. For most accurate tracking, please use https://parcelsapp.com/. Express orders are trackable to all international locations.

This is a gift. Can you not include the order receipt?

For domestic US orders, yes, we can include a packing slip instead, which shows the purchaser and the recipient, but not how much was paid for the present. For international packages, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents as well as to include a receipt, matching the value, claimed on the package.

Can I return monogrammed or personalized products?

Since monogrammed items are personalized for an individual, they may not be exchanged or returned.

Can I return non-monogrammed or non-personalized products?

You can return or exchange only non-personalized, non-monogrammed, and not used items. Please email us at sales@clarkandtaft.com to initiate a return request for unused non-personalized merchandise. Item must be received within 30 days of your purchase date and must arrive in the same condition – original Clark & Taft box with attached product tag (when applicable) - or it will not be accepted. We will refund the cost of the item minus any shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
